This is a photograph of a metallic plate. The image shows a rectangular copper or brass plate with a slightly aged and tarnished surface. The plate has engraved text, with the name "EMILE VERNIER" prominently displayed in the center. Towards the bottom, partially visible, is the word "SOCIETAIRE". The plate's surface is marked by scratches and blemishes, and the edges are softly rounded.
