Where the site operates

Invisible Network operates only where the law allows it.

The texts were read on 21 October 2026.

How

The site is run by Voyage Tracable, LLC, a company in the United States. US sanctions, administered by the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), bind it wherever its visitors are. Where a text clearly authorises something, the site does it; where a text prohibits it, or nothing clearly authorises it, the site does not. The laws of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Ukraine and other European states and territories decide where some channels are shown.

Your country comes from Cloudflare, the network in front of the site, with each request. It decides what this page lists for you, and it is not kept.

  • Films, books, music, art, print, lectures and podcasts are open to visitors everywhere. US law exempts the export and import of information and informational materials from sanctions (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(3)).
  • Live channels and radio are open to visitors everywhere, but a channel or station is not offered anywhere when the United States has blocked its owner, or when it broadcasts from a place whose services US law keeps out (North Korea, Crimea, and the so-called DNR and LNR regions of Ukraine, and Iran where the owner may be its government). Outlets the European Union lists are not offered in the Union, in Liechtenstein, or in Iceland where its regulation applies the listing; channels and stations from Russia are not offered in Ukraine. Where a broadcaster's assets are frozen (by the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Bermuda or the British overseas territories), its channels are not offered there until it is clear that carrying a free broadcast is outside the freeze: the texts forbid making funds or economic resources available to the broadcaster, and do not say whether carrying its stream does. Each one's page says why and cites the law.
  • Watch together is offered where US law authorises internet communication services, and not in North Korea, where nothing does (31 CFR 510.206), nor where Cloudflare cannot tell which country you are in.
  • The hosted games are software, not informational materials. They are not served in North Korea, Crimea, or the so-called DNR and LNR regions, where nothing authorises sending them, nor where the site cannot tell that you are outside those places.
  • Creator accounts, uploads and payments do not exist yet. When they do, every account will be screened against OFAC's, the EU's and the UK's sanctions lists, and each will be offered only where the rules below allow it.

The rules, place by place

Each place under a comprehensive US sanctions programme, or one that bears on what the site does, then everywhere else. Every rule names the texts it rests on.
