About
This webinar surveyed the rules in select jurisdictions regarding embryos created through artificial reproductive technology treatment cycles, such as those involving in vitro fertilization (IVF). It addressed access to IVF, regulation of IVF facilities, funding, limits on number of embryos created and transferred, storage, and preimplantation genetic testing. Surrogacy arrangements and legal parentage of children born to non-genetic parents were also discussed.
