About
This video provides a dynamic overview and orientation to Swahili-language materials found at the Library of Congress, offered in Swahili by reference specialist Melanie Zeck. The video comes out of an ongoing collaboration that Zeck has pursued with CHAUKIDU (Global Association for the Promotion of Swahili) leadership and Swahili language scholars/learners that serves to engage Swahili speakers with the Library's collections and resources.
