About
Kluge Center Director John Haskell interviewed Massachusetts Institute of Technology political scientist and recent Kluge Chair in American Law and Governance Andrea Campbell on what we've learned about the safety net and the needs of Americans over the past several months. Campbell will discuss the ways in which social policy and views on social spending have changed recently, as well as the question of how permanent those changes are. Campbell also discusses what the pandemic exposes with respect to economic disparities based on race and ethnicity.
