Patrick O'Connell is chef/owner of The Inn at Little Washington located in Washington Va., about 60 miles west of Washington, D.C. Zagat's 2003 hotel survey ranked the inn's 100-seat dining room as America's best. O'Connell, the James Beard Outstanding Chef of 2001, is the author of "The Inn at Little Washington: A Consuming Passion."
