About
The Library celebrated the bicentennials of composers Richard Wagner and Giuseppe Verdi with lecture/recital double-bill. In the recital, Valerie Tryon performed a range of these works that draws on the Library's substantial holdings. In addition to Lisztian encounters with Verdi and Wagner, Tryon included several unique works based on the music of Mozart and Allegri.
