綿の国星 (TV Show Fragment; Unknown Source; VHS Rip)

About

Disclaimer: There are some flashing images at the end of the recording that may effect those with epilepsy.

Going through my VHS tapes, I recently discovered this short clip from the film "Wata no Kunihoshi". I almost completely glossed over it at first!! It seems to be from some sort of TV Program, and there are two voices narrating over it. If you pause very quickly towards the end, you'll be able to see the two narrators, but only for a very brief moment. Unfortunately, the previous owner of the tape cut off almost everything, so I've had a hard time identifying what TV show this could be from. If anyone has any ideas, let me know!

As always, I hope you enjoy!!
