About

Here's some episodes of the preschool anime Anpanman, which is based on Takashi Yanase's works that ran from 1988 to present. I've obtained some of these episodes from either ripped directly from DVDs, recorded airings or saved from other sources. These were originally dumped from Dailymotion for anybody to watch who wants to see them outside of Japan in case you can't watch that platform in your country. You can download the episodes whatever format you like, but it is recommended to download the episodes from the DVDs at MPEG-2 because despite the larger data, it maintains the quality.

The episodes will stay up unless TMS tries to remove them.

It may get updated every so often depending on what I have or what I already posted on Dailymotion prior to making this.

I also want to point out that the episodes are going by number order and I can't put the names on the episodes, so I recommend looking on this site to skim through the numbers.

FAQ

Q: Why are these uploaded?

A: The short answer is that I wanted to show off episodes of the show for those who live outside of Japan. The long answer is a bit complicated to explain. Even though the anime is popular in Japan, it never got any sort of international fame like with Pokemon. I know there's the recent Tubi English dub, but that only cover some of the movies from the past decade and I'm more of a fan of the show. When I got into the show, the episodes were only available through either random Japanese websites or only available for a short time on YouTube, and they often vanish and I forget about it after that. Once I started to download the episodes and later obtain some o the DVDs, I wanted to give something to those out of Japan on what the show is like.

Q: Can I reupload these episodes onto YouTube?

A: I wouldn't take the risk uploading them onto YouTube as the company that owns the series has a history of taking down episodes off of YouTube that would lead the account to be suspended. I suggest uploading them onto another site that doesn't have issues like YouTube.

Q: Can I use the episodes to make a fanmade video or review?

A: You can as I only wanted to upload these to share to people outside of Japan. However, as I stated about uploading the full episodes, it may lead to your account being suspended from YouTube.
