Vikings ★ A 1980 PBS Series in HD1080 - with Book and MKV

. _ .

My thanks goes out to Ian Parker for donating this Complete Series to the Lost Telecourses collection.

Vikings! With Magnus Magnusson, Jeremy Kemp, Daniel Massey, John Bennett - in High Def 1080. Drama documentary series examining the Vikings' contributions to art, culture, and technology. Using traditional sagas, ballads, and proverbs, author-narrator Magnus Magnusson shows the values and history of Viking society. Against landscape scenes of Iceland, Shetland, and the Orkneys, Magnusson re-creates the heroic past of the Vikings and stresses their contributions as traders, explorers, and technicians.

As far as I know: this is the only copy of this series in a HD 1080 resolution - with two different formats (MP4 Or MKV versions). All of the other available copies are in 640 by 480 resolution.
