About
An infamous late-night broadcast of Ninja Scroll on Teletoon. This particular one was on the morning of December 31, 1999 (NYE morning) at 12:00am. One of several broadcasts made of this movie from 1997-2000. Many 90s kids were shocked and amazed to see this on Television at the time! Contains original commercials, Teletoon bumpers, and logos.
Thanks to hellomrkearns from the YTV archives discord for hunting down the date in the CRTC logs in corroboration with some of the evidence from the commercials:
From the commercials:

Dance Xpress Volume 4 (1999?)

Simpsons - every night 11pm
Cybersix - every night 11:30pm
Cybersix - Saturday 9:30pm
Mega Babies - Sat&Sunday 8:30pm
