Fragment of "Pink Lady" Anime Series; From "TV Detectives" Variety Show

About

This footage comes from an episode of "TV Detectives" (テレビ探偵団) that was on a Betamax tape I purchased from Japan. Please note that this is not the full episode, though I isolated this segment because I thought it was incredibly noteworthy. I plan to upload the full episode in the near future.

The episode has MIE (Mitsuyo Nemoto) of the duo Pink Lady as a guest. The show goes over some of her many TV appearances, including the anime "Pink Lady Monogatari: Eiko no Tenshitachi". This is noteworthy as the anime has received no home video/digital release, and is considered lost by many. I'm unsure which episode(s) these clips are from.

Unfortunately, as with the nature of these shows, the hosts are talking over the footage. In addition, this tape was damaged, and there's some issues with the video feed. Despite this, I think it's still incredibly noteworthy and worth archiving. This is the only segment of the show that has footage of the anime, but I hope to upload the full episode in the future.

As always, I hope you enjoy!!
