Measure Metric ★ Mathematics and Measurement - Meet the Metric System
… and the Metric System always wins. As Seen in Canada, on TV Ontario … and perhaps elsewhere?
Measure Metric
Measure Metric is an AIT production, produced and filmed at TVOntario (then Ontario Educational Communications Authority) in 1976. William Davidson ("Adventures in Rainbow Country") was the series writer. The series included eleven fourteen-minute episodes, each one about a different aspect of measurement using the metric system. It shows how measurement can be applied to a variety of real-life situations.

I noticed something in Episode #7 "Area 3: Barbara Finds the Formula". I saw that the formula Canadians used to Calculate Area "A" (That is A = l * w ) that Barbara learned: is the exact same formula that Americans use with that backward old "Imperial (English) Measurements" system! So, SOME of this course MAY apply … South of the US/Canadian border!
Bear in mind Metric is simpler because it scales decimally.
