Force Five - All the Movies

About

All the Force Five compilation movies, ripped from a set of bootleg DVDs. The source disks contained full-resolution (720x480) video at reasonable bitrates, a real relief compared to the compressed, half-resolution TV episodes.

Starvengers, Spaceketeers and Grandizer had a problem where the left audio channel only contained noise, so I downsampled the audio to mono using Kdenlive's "stereo to mono"-tool.

I have also included a size-reduced and aspect ratio-corrected copy of my previous Danguard VHSrip (NTSC tape digitized using PAL equipment and/or output settings).

I considered fixing Starvengers's jittery first minute by transplanting part of the low-qualiy WMV rip, but that seems like a project for a later time. If I'm going to produce "perfected" releases of these old dubs I'll probably go the full mile and synch the audio to DVD or Blu-Ray footage.

Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
