Ancient temples, sinister villains, and hair-raising chase scenes. These may sound like highlights of the latest Indiana Jones film, but they are also the domain of Ray Kizuki. Archaeologist and black belt extraordinaire, the explorer woman has come to a remote corner of the world where a vast, legendary temple has been found. With her, Ray carries a mysterious, mirror-like object once owned by her father and rumored to be the key to a lost civilization.
Ray's path crosses with Mai and Mami Tachibana, two feisty teenage girls looking for trouble. They find it in Rig Veda, a smooth-talking yet razor-sharp competitor for the prize, which turns out to be Ray's mirror. Anxious to discover the mirror's secret, Mai and Mami "borrow" it and enter the temple, where Veda's men wait to seize it. But Ray is not about to give up the prize...
Packed with gripping action sequences, Explorer Woman Ray will not disappoint adventure fans. The struggle to keep the deadly secrets of the temple out of Rig Veda's grasp demands extraordinary strength and courage. Faced with the temple's treacherous pitfalls and Veda's dangerous henchmen, Ray and her companions put up a tenacious fight worthy of superheroes... but will it be enough?
