CONTENTS

1. Emergency! (The Indirect Method {S5E6 - main characters Roy DeSoto and John Gage find themselves with a new, female paramedic trainee [guest star Elayne Heilveil]} Recorded from COZI-TV)

2. WAVY News 10 at 6 (February 24, 2022 newscast. End of an era in Hampton Roads; as that newscast would mark the final show for Bruce Rader, as after 43 years as WAVY's sports director and having worked at WAVY since 1976, Rader was retiring. This was during a period of several big changes at WAVY so far in 2022; as a few weeks earlier longtime chief meteorologist Don Slater moved into an emeritus position {no doubt easing his way into retirement}; with Jeff Edmondson promoted to the top weather job {Craig Loper succeeded Rader as lead sports anchor}. Finally, in late march; lead co-anchor Anita Blanton left for a job at Chicago FOX station WFLD-TV 32; with Marielana Balouris likewise promoted to co-anchoring with holdover Tom Schaad)

3. In the Heat of the Night (The Leftover Man - Pt. 2 {S6E17 - This episode, directed by I Dream of Jeannie and Dallas alum Larry Hagman, is the 2nd of a 2-part episode - which I didn't catch at the time or I would have gotten Part 1 - in which a Senate candidate very loosely based on one-time Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke tries to have a black radical framed for the murder of a man the candidate's wife was cheating on him with while also staging an assassination attempt on himself}. MeTV recording)

4. CBS News coverage of the 2000 Vice-Presidential debate between then-incumbent Republican Vice-President Mike Pence and Democratic Senator {and now Vice-President} Kamala Harris)

5. A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (recorded from WUND-TV 2 {PBS North Carolina}. After the rights to the Peanuts specials moved from longtime over-the-air home ABC to streaming network Apple+ with little notice in 2020; and the last-minute announcement {first announced in October 2020} resulted in Apple+ electing to allow the three best-known specials {this one, A Charlie Brown Christmas and It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown} to air on PBS; though said agreement was not renewed for 2022. This special also marked the last project for Robin Kohn {Lucy Van Pelt}; future animation director Christopher DeFaria {Peppermint Patty; yes Peppermint Patty was voiced by a boy in some early specials} and Hillary Momberger {Sally Brown} before being replaced by Melanie Kohn {Robin's sister}; Donna Forman and Lynn Mortensen in that order)

6. A Charlie Brown Christmas (PBS broadcast, this time on Norfolk PBS affiliate WHRO-TV 15)
