Clips are not offered for this film: a public-domain mark that nothing bears out (no year, or a year no US term has left).
Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

About
I feel as though enough time has passed that I should make this fully, publicly available.
This is the VHS rip of the Regal Home Video release of the Creative Products Corporation dub of Dragon Ball movies 2 and 3. This initial VHS rip was sent to both me and Nessie (@FleetwayAmy), courtesy of FumeiCom. Fumei didn't want us to release this, as he thought I'd be a bad showcase as to what his actual skill is when it comes to preservation. However, I feel as though he's already proven himself competent with the upload he's made for these movies synced to the Amazon WEB-DL's. I wanted to hold off on uploading this for the time being, so that his upload of the remaster would garner more attention.
I really, REALLY want to reiterate that this was sent to me and Nessie as a means for us to see exactly what this was QUICKLY. This was never intended to be a professional VHS rip by any means. Don't let this be an example of what he's capable of.
Fumei has still yet to upload a VHS rip for these movies, as I believe he's working on a much more professional one for The Greatest Rivals. I doubt he wouldn't want to do the same thing for these once he's finished that, if it's true. For now, however, here's a low quality version. Mainly just for the people curious as to what the visual edits were in these releases.
Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
