Fang of the Sun: Dougram (1981) [480i Lossless Version] [Fatcatofalltime]

About

This is the highest quality rip of the Fang of the Sun: Dougram DVD's currently available and are what my 1080p upscale of the series is based off.

The files labelled as "Volume" are the MKV files made from the raw DVD ISO's which had 5 episodes on each ISO, the files themselves are 2 hour long interlaced videos with chapter markers to mark each part of each episode on the volume, for example:

Chapter 1 - Opening

Chapter 2 - Episode 1 - Part A

Chapter 3 - Episode 1 - Part B

Chapter 4 - Next Episode Preview

Chapter 5 - Credits

Then episode 2 would start at Chapter 6 with the opening for that episode then so on and so forth. So if anybody wants they can download these long interlaced files and use their own deinterlace method if they want and separate the episodes into their own files with a program like HandBrake.

The files with the episode numbers then titles are the deinterlaced episodes with English subtitles included at the same video bitrate as the original DVD volumes. (I am sorry if Archive.org displays the episodes on the site out of order, that is not my fault but if that is the case don't worry because they will sort back together once downloaded.)

The original DVD Volumes contained:

-720x480i video at ~6784kbps (Bitrate changes between DVD volumes)

-AC-3 stereo audio at 384kbps

Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
