This is a same but different audio-sync project. Croatia and Serbia based their dubs of "Dragon Ball Z" from the German dub. These three countries even switched the German master tapes to French and Japanese master tapes, used the German instrumental and dubbed the original Japanese opening theme. Video footage is taken from Toei Animation Europe's catalog website.
