Clips are not offered for this film: a public-domain mark that nothing bears out (no year, or a year no US term has left).

Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

About

From the demented mind of Visitor 22, it's the first hour of his Japanese Tape. This was remastered from a poorly-preserved Internet Archive archive. The original files, which were hi-res 720p files, were lost due to house floods and other moving constantly over the last decade. (Geez, I wonder why the economy is so bad?) Anyway, this episode of Going Bouy, which is Season 19 - Episode 6, covers the Kobe-Osaka Quake of 1995, and strange Japanese TV . . . well, strange to me. Enjoy.
