The defendant says she and the plaintiff never dated. She’s countersuing for harassment and emotional distress.

Then, The plaintiff and defendant have been close friends for several years. The plaintiff says the defendant borrowed her car and totaled it, so she’s suing for the cost of her car. The defendant argues the plaintiff should’ve had insurance, so she doesn’t owe her anything.
