Then, The plaintiff dated the defendant’s uncle and has known the defendant since she was a baby. She claims the defendant borrowed her car without permission and crashed it. She’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant says the plaintiff gave her permission to use the car, and she doesn’t think she owes anything because the plaintiff’s boyfriend fixed it.
