Plus, The plaintiff says the defendant is his stepdaughter. They used to be close until she began dating her current boyfriend, who the plaintiff says is a bad influence. He’s suing her for the balance due on a car and rent. The defendant says she has no idea why the plaintiff dislikes her boyfriend. She’s countersuing for harassment.
