First, The plaintiff says the defendant said he wanted to date her, but then he refused to be intimate with her. She claims she loaned him money after his children were kidnapped, but he has yet to repay her and she’s suing. The defendant says he’s been celibate since his divorce. He admits he borrowed money when his daughters were kidnapped in Mexico, but he insists there was no deadline for repayment.

Then, The plaintiff says the defendant is her daughter, who was in legal trouble for mortgage fraud. She’s suing her daughter for unpaid loans. The defendant says she and her mother have never gotten along, and her mother kicked her out at 13 to live with a relative. She insists her mother is suing prematurely.

Plus, The plaintiff says she was friends with the defendant for years, and then they hooked up one drunken night and began dating. She claims she had to break up with him because she couldn’t afford to date him anymore because he had no money. She’s suing because he borrowed her car, wrecked it, and then fled the scene. The defendant says the plaintiff was nice, but he broke up with her after she screamed at him in a bar. He insists she’s suing for more than he owes.
