Episode #429 - Joby Martin // Worthy Of The Gospel
We dig into Philippians 1:27 and unpack what it means to live a life worthy of the gospel of Christ without turning grace into a scoreboard. We define the gospel clearly, then show how grace changes us from the inside out so our lives start to match what we say we believe. • reading Philippians 1:27-30 and focusing on “worthy of the gospel” • defining the gospel from creation to Christ’s return • explaining why identity in Christ comes before behavior change • clarifying grace through faith and why we are saved to good works • breaking down “verdict before performance” and what that means for daily obedience • distinguishing anti-earning from anti-effort in spiritual growth • showing how the gospel frees us from sin, not to sin • summarizing justification, sanctification, and glorification Before you go, if you want to help equip other men for the fight, share this podcast around and leave us a five star rating and review. Stay sharp.

Shows are listed from Apple Podcasts' charts and directory, and Podcast Index where it is used. Every show and episode belongs to its publisher and plays from the publisher's own feed; this site hosts none of them. Explicit shows are for adult profiles only, and children’s profiles hear only children’s shows. More about this list.
