I Grateful Dead furono molto più di un gruppo musicale: intorno a loro si formò una vera e propria comunità, una specie di rete prima delle rete, capace di precorrere i tempi e di caratterizzare la controcultura americana degli anni ’70 e ’80. Lasciando segnali utili ancora oggi per capire cosa sia una “rete”.
