0:00 5:01

Introduce children to the technique of Four Square Breathing (Sometimes referred to as Square Breathing and Box Breathing) with this fun breathing activity to calm nerves and ease anxiety! Become mesmerized by the magical hot air balloon while regulating the nervous system. What are the benefits of box breathing? When we are anxious, our breath tends to shorten and become more shallow. Box breathing encourages slow deep breathing, which can help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and calm the mind during moments of panic. Would a visual version be more helpful?
