Episode 432 Hz Ritual: Cinnamon + Intention for the First of the Month
Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.
Start the new month in alignment with the universe, your body, and your intentions. This episode of The Binaural Beat Podcast is a 432 Hz ritual journey paired with a simple yet powerful abundance practice using cinnamon, a coin, and a bay leaf — tools known for their energetic properties in cultures around the world.
432 Hz is the frequency of balance and harmony. When paired with ritual and presence, it becomes a portal for possibility.
🌿 Ritual Instructions:
🔮 You’ll need:
• Ground cinnamon (a pinch) • A coin (any denomination) • A dried bay leaf • Your voice or breath of intention
🌀 Do this ritual on the 1st of the month:
• Set the mood – Play this episode in the background as you prepare. Light a candle if you’d like. • Hold your coin in your dominant hand and say aloud (or think): “I welcome abundance into my home and my life.” • Place the coin near your front door or carry it in your wallet for the day. • Write your intention on the bay leaf (or speak it into the leaf). Gently burn it in a fire-safe dish or keep it in your altar or journal. • Sprinkle cinnamon at your front entrance, blowing it into your space from outside to in, while saying: “As this cinnamon blows, prosperity flows.”
Breathe. Feel. Receive.
🎧 Headphones recommended for full immersion. 🌑 Best done in the morning of the 1st, but anytime that day is still powerful.
🌀 Frequency Focus:
432 Hz – The natural tuning of the cosmos. Known to reduce anxiety, increase clarity, and bring inner peace.
