Adrienne spoke to Rebecca about her stint in modelling, eventual job in marketing and how she discovered her true calling as a personal trainer and her home in Number 17 Personal Training. Adrienne and John moved to Portugal during Covid and had a turbulent time bringing their daughter Indy into this world and Adrienne charts the journey. She is also half-way through her pregnancy with her son and has had some medical procedures to ensure this pregnancy runs smoothly too.
