Episode You Don't Miss Them, You’re Just Lonely
Welcome to your post-Valentine's Day clarity episode 🥴 If the past month has had you randomly thinking about your ex and wondering if you actually miss them… consider this your sign that you probably don’t miss them, you’re just lonely.
In this episode, I talk about how nostalgia can trick us into romanticizing the past, why missing someone doesn’t always mean you want them back, and how loneliness can blur the line between love and familiarity. You don't miss THEM, you just miss having someone.

Shows are listed from Apple Podcasts' charts and directory, and Podcast Index where it is used. Every show and episode belongs to its publisher and plays from the publisher's own feed; this site hosts none of them. Explicit shows are for adult profiles only, and children’s profiles hear only children’s shows. More about this list.
