沒錯，我放棄再次前往KONA的機會！這次在韓國IRONMAN比賽中，以9:29:04成績正式叩關930大關，但其實對我而言，比賽內容並不完美。騎車後半段因為缺乏補(純)水，導致不敢貿然讓身體吸收更多碳水，進而影響跑步的發揮。但我非常推薦大家來參加這場比賽，游泳全程拉水線、單車全封路，轉換區有人幫忙脫防寒衣，進入T2有牽車服務，所有你想像到的細節，都能在這場比賽中實現，絕對值得來挑戰IM Gurye Korea。謝謝聽眾的贊助，我都有看，謝謝你們的支持，讓我可以在海外站上凸台，取得KONA的資格，完成我內心給自己設定的目標。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
