Episode Hooking Up With Your Bestie's Ex (Amanda Batula, Ciara Miller & West Wilson)
What happens when loyalty, love, and timing all collide… and someone crosses the ultimate friendship line?
In this Quickie episode, Alix & Kayla dive into one of the messiest (and most talked-about) relationship dynamics: hooking up with a friend’s ex. Using the latest Bravo drama as a jumping-off point, they break down the viral love triangle that has everyone asking the same question—is this ever okay?
What starts as a pop culture deep dive quickly turns into a much bigger conversation about friendship, betrayal, and what it really means to be a “girl’s girl.” From secret hookups and overlapping situationships to the emotional fallout of being lied to, they unpack why how something happens can matter just as much as what happens.
They also get personal, sharing their own college-era experiences navigating messy friend group dynamics, unspoken boundaries, and the gray area between harmless crushes and real emotional attachments. Along the way, they explore how age, intention, communication, and honesty all play a role in whether something feels forgivable—or friendship-ending.
It’s chaotic, opinionated, and a little unhinged—but underneath it all is a very real question: Where is the line… and would you ever come back from crossing it?
