    Topic 5.6: Summary

Systemic change in ECE requires more than just new strategies, it demands a deep commitment to ethics, relationships, and equity. Effective change leadership requires more than managing logistics. It involves self-awareness, moral reflection, and the ability to listen to and include diverse perspectives. Rather than viewing resistance as a problem, ethical leaders see it as valuable information and an opportunity to learn, adjust, and grow.

The above models offer structure for navigating change thoughtfully and help leaders balance the technical aspects of change with the human side, ensuring that transformation is rooted in shared values and aligned with the needs of the community.
