    21: Ethics and Group Dynamics

Ethics is consider a requirement for "noble professions." Basically any profession that can cause substantial harm to people needs to have an ethical basis, however in reality every profession should have an ethical basis regardless of substantial harm or not. The ethics for engineers is not that much different from ethics for everyone else. Nevertheless we will have a brief discussion here.

Group dynamics is a theory that working in groups should have a purpose and a method. Here we discuss this.

    • 21.1: Ethics

    • 21.2: Group Dynamics
