    This laboratory manual was written with the support of a Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) Open Educational Resources Grant Program (OERGP). The purpose is to provide students in microbiology for non-science majors courses a no or low cost manual that would provide the content needed to successfully master the Academic Course Guide Manual (ACGM) course laboratory learning outcomes. The manual was written to provide laboratory exercises that would align with all required ACGM laboratory learning outcomes.
