The sculpture is a bas-relief image of a man's profile on a circular coin. The man has long hair flowing down his neck. The coin has inscriptions around its edge in a classical font, similar to "IOANNE STEFAN BENTIVOLVS." The coin is metallic, with a silver or gray color, and a shiny, reflective surface. The sculpture is relatively flat with detailed engravings of the man's profile and text. The craftsmanship emphasizes the contours of the man's face, including his nose, lips, and chin.
