This is a photograph of an engraved round metal medallion or coin. The front face of the medallion shows a figure seated and facing forward. The figure holds a staff in one hand and a branch with leaves in the other. To the right of the figure, there is a carved creature, possibly a lion, depicted with a detailed mane and solemn expression. The coin is inscribed with text along the edge in a classical design. The medallion appears aged, showcasing a patina that adds a historical feel to its intricate engravings and inscriptions. The background of the photograph is a dark color.
