The image shows a woman holding a child in her lap, while a man stands beside them. The woman has long, wavy hair under a headdress. The child appears to be reaching out playfully, with curly hair. The man has a long beard and is dressed in robes. Both the woman and the man wear detailed garments. Two angels fly above, holding a crown. The background shows hills, trees, a castle, and rabbits on the ground. Various plants surround the figures.
