This is a drawing of a rural scene with a donkey and chickens. The illustration shows a donkey in the left foreground and a collection of small birds or chickens on the right. The environment is informal and slightly amorphous, with loose, sketchy lines depicting texture and shadow. The setting is dimly lit, evoking a sense of calmness and simplicity typical of countryside life.
