About this work
25 Pfennig "Notgeld" banknote of Beckum, the so-called Beckumer Anschläge is a collection of funny stories about silly citizens of Beckum, Germany. In this caricature on the reverse, the story of a sundial, bought by the city council is depicted. To protect it, the mayor had a roof built over it. Size: 64 mm x 96 mm.
