■2026年11月2日（月）OA いまだ戦火が止まぬ世界。戦争や迫害によって故国を追われた避難民は世界でおよそ1億2千万人。この1年では300万人近いアフガニスタン難民が周辺国から帰還したが、その半数は強制送還など望まない帰還も。 UNHCR（国連難民高等弁務官事務所）は最大拠出国のアメリカをはじめ、各国援助削減で、資金は必要額の四割弱となりスタッフも半数近く減員された。命をつなぐ支援を失う恐れがある人は830万人に上る。アフリカ最大の難民受け入れ国ウガンダも岐路に立たされている。 周辺国からの約200万人の難民たちに、土地を与え、就労や移動の自由を認め「世界で最も寛容」と言われる難民政策をとってきた。 しかしWFP（世界食糧計画）の資金不足で、100万人が食料支援を打ち切られた。支援疲れが広がる国際社会で、子どもたちの未来を誰が支えるのかが問われている。 番組ではイラン・イラク戦争の最中、両親を失い、孤児院で生活するなど"戦争孤児"であった自身の経験から、難民となった子どもたちの慰問や教育支援などを行う、イラン出身の俳優サヘル・ローズさんと、国際基督教大学准教授橋本直子さんが、増え続ける難民を前に国際社会ができることを検証する。
