About this recording
We are very lucky to be joined by the New South Wales (Australia) Institute of Sport Senior Dietician Sally Walker. Sally is the lead dietician to over 16 sports at one of the biggest and most successful Institutes in the world. She is responsible for 2 members of staff who manage the workload of these sports. Sally has established a Nutrition Delivery Model specific for NSWIS, to ensure nutrition services are applied effectively so it is relevant and connected to the goals of individual athletes to support them through to PBs and podium performances at World Championships, Olympics and Paralympic Games. This webinar is earlier than normal due to the time difference in Sydney, Australia.
