The story follows former underworld dons Uday Shetty (Nana Patekar) and Majnu Pandey (Anil Kapoor), who have given up their criminal lives to become honest businessmen in Dubai. Their peaceful life turns chaotic when two conwomen, Poonam (Dimple Kapadia) and Babita (Ankita Srivastava), trick them out of money while posing as royalty. Things get even crazier when Uday's father arrives, ordering the brothers to arrange the marriage of their long-lost sister, Ranjana (Shruti Haasan).

Ranjana falls in love with Ajju Bhai (John Abraham), a notorious Mumbai goon who turns out to be Dr. Ghungroo's (Paresh Rawal) unknown stepson. When Uday and Majnu try to put an end to the match, they trigger an outrageous series of events—involving fake ghosts, deadly camels, explosive choppers, and the feared blind underworld boss Wanted Bhai (Naseeruddin Shah) on his private island!
