フルーツ王国やまがた 果物を観光の力に 山形にはサクランボやラ・フランスなど、季節ごとに多彩なフルーツがある。今回は県内の果樹園での収穫体験や、隣県での取り組み事例を紹介するとともに果物を「買う」だけでなく、産地で「食べる」「収穫する」体験へと広げ、さらに宿泊や飲食、他の観光地への周遊につなげる「フルーツ観光」の可能性を探る。また、「やまがた紅王」のようなブランドフルーツや季節ごとに旬が移り変わる山形の強みをどう観光に生かせるのかも議論する。
