台南永康中華路，1日深夜發生一起死亡車禍。一名19歲科大生，跟同學徒步外出吃宵夜，沒想到途中被一輛休旅車撞死，駕駛還是酒駕上路，這已經是這名駕駛第五次酒駕被逮捕。同樣是犯罪，高雄出現醫療暴力事件，一名男子不滿母親手術後持續疼痛，竟然在診間內揮拳毆打醫師，導致醫師腦震盪、臉部擦挫傷，他更坦言「被暴力對待很失望」。
