JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Eks Wamenkumham Denny Indrayana mengungkapkan alasan mencabut gugatan kasus ijazah Wapres RI, Gibran Rakabuming, di PTUN Jakarta.
“Kami paham ketika tergugat keberatan, yang aneh sebenarnya, dia surat keterangannya digugat kalau dicabut kan surat keterangannya tetap dong, tidak dirugikan dong dia?” ujar Denny pada Jumat (30/10/2026).
“Aneh tidak tuh, aneh bin ajaib. Apa penjelasannya seseorang yang gugatannya dicabut dan dia menang gitu, tetap berusaha ini untuk dilanjutkan?” lanjutnya.
Dalam konferensi pers tersebut, Denny juga membeberkan gugatan Subhan Palal terkait surat keterangan (suket) penyetaraan pendidikan Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming dikabulkan.
