About
"Zombie: The Resurrection" is a 1998 German low-budget zombie horror/splatter movie directed by Holger Breiner and Torsten Lakomy.
"A.D. 2015: The world powers destroy one another using biological weapons deployed across every continent. The “Final Destroy” bomb—the ultimate weapon—not only causes widespread chaos and suffering among the population, but also reanimates the dead, who now hunt down the survivors as zombies. Always on the hunt for flesh, blood, and fresh entrails, humanity now has absolutely no chance left, for zombies know no mercy!
A.D. 2017: Steve, Joe, Jill, and Anne—two Regulators and two rescued civilians—managed to escape into the wilderness, outside the cities overrun by the undead. There, they have been eking out a miserable existence in an old anti-aircraft base, hoping for rescue. Steve decides to seek out one of the last intact radio towers in the hope of finally contacting other survivors. But as Steve fights his way through the wilderness, bloodthirsty zombies suddenly appear from all directions. And just as Steve is about to reach his destination, his friends are fighting for their lives with their last reserves of ammunition and rats..."
