About
From another General Hospital airing off of WTEN (channel 10) in Albany, NY, the ABC affiliate for the Capital Region. This was on the same tape as my previous upload, just a year's difference (and not really much of one despite having better tape quality).
The ID shown in the thumbnail (which I guarantee you someone will snatch and re-upload on their own channel) touted WTEN taking over 6 and 13 in the ratings during the year. WNYT had just lost Chris Jansing to MSNBC and had entered a slump in the ratings, while WRGB had been shifting anchors and changing its on-air image. Granted however the whole market was pretty competitive by this time, but WNYT hiring Lydia Kulbida to anchor with Ed Dague gave the ratings lead back to them. WTEN is now currently the market leader, and yes you could say Lydia anchoring there has helped.
