About

Taken from CBS' daytime programs "The Young and the Restless" and "As the World Turns" off of WRGB (channel 6) in Schenectady, NY and serving the Capital Region. The thumbnail actually says "CBS6 Albany," even though their studios are in Schenectady. This compilation was actually recorded twice in one day - halfway through Y&R it cuts to the next show.

WRGB's "CBS6" branding was in its infancy, having just debuted on the station a few weeks prior. The look was taken from WBBM in Chicago, which it debuted in 2003. It was a clean look for the time (and for the market) and has aged pretty well - even after going HD hurt it.
