About
From The Learning Company of America, a Division of Columbia, comes this animated cartoon about king Boris in the Kingdom of Snark, the purpose of elections and the influence of voting. Very educational and even after 35 years (today we write 2007) nothing has changed. The official title is "Why we have elections" and the second, unofficial title is "The Kings of Snark".
